The Rohilkhand core
Rampur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Amroha, Sambhal, Chandausi, Bijnor, Budaun, Pilibhit and Shahjahanpur. This is our home region: sugar and agri trade, brass and horn handicraft exports, furniture, education and healthcare. Most of our work sits here and most of our local market knowledge comes from it.
The Kumaon plains and Terai
Kashipur, Jaspur, Bazpur, Rudrapur and Haldwani. Industrial manufacturing in the SIDCUL estates, agri-processing across the Terai, and wholesale trade supplying the hills. Predominantly B2B work with a strong technical and specification emphasis.
The Kumaon hills
Nainital and Bhimtal. Hospitality, tourism and boarding schools, where the central commercial problem is usually reducing dependence on online travel agency commissions and managing severe seasonality.
Western Uttar Pradesh
Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Hapur, Bulandshahr, Aligarh and Ghaziabad. Manufacturing and export country: sports goods, wood carving, locks and hardware, ceramics, jaggery and steel. Largely export and B2B focused work.
The Haridwar and Roorkee belt
Haridwar and Roorkee. Pharma and FMCG manufacturing, pilgrimage hospitality, and an education economy around IIT Roorkee. Three quite different marketing problems within a short distance of each other.
The western Awadh districts
Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur and Hardoi, plus Kasganj and Etah toward Braj. Agricultural economies where Hindi content, video and WhatsApp distribution do most of the work.

Local competition online here remains lighter than in the metros, which means the businesses that implement this properly gain a lead that becomes progressively harder for others to reverse.
