How we work
The method
We run the same five stages on every engagement: discovery, architecture, design, build, then launch and measure. Each stage has one defined output and one decision that has to be made before the next begins. The reason is unglamorous — most budget overruns happen because work started before a decision was agreed.
01
Discovery
Stakeholder interviews, analytics review, a technical audit of the current site, and an analysis of what ranks today and why. Output: a decisions document, not a wish list.
02
Architecture
Bilingual sitemap, URL preservation map, content model, and a performance budget per template. Output: an agreed structure before a single screen is drawn.
03
Design
The system first — colour tokens, type scale, grid and components, contrast-tested — then pages composed from it. Arabic and English are designed in parallel, never translated after the fact.
04
Build
Hand-written semantic templates under version control. Performance and accessibility are checked at every merge, so neither becomes a late surprise.
05
Launch & measure
Staged release, redirect verification, measurement wiring, then a 30-day review against the numbers agreed in discovery.
