Enterprise Portals in Saudi Arabia
An enterprise portal is a single authenticated entry point where a defined audience finds the services and information relevant to them. For Saudi public-sector and semi-government work the design constraints are unusually strict: bilingual parity, accessibility conformance evidence, in-Kingdom data residency, and integration with national identity and payment services. Building for those constraints from the start is considerably cheaper than proving conformance afterwards.
| Typical timeline | 16–32 weeks |
|---|---|
| Accessibility | WCAG 2.2 AA with a written conformance report |
| Residency | In-Kingdom hosting, CST-registered provider, city-level location confirmed |
| Security | Penetration test before go-live |

06Questions we are asked
Questions clients ask
01Can you meet Saudi government data-residency rules?
Yes. For government agency data, all data must remain within the Kingdom. That means a CST-registered cloud provider of the right class, physical hosting confirmed at city level rather than country level, and every subcontractor in the chain accounted for — including the CDN, which is the part most agencies forget. We also ask the contracting authority for a written data classification before selecting a host, because that classification determines what is permissible.
