Two economies arriving at different speeds
Jazan sits in the far south-west on the Red Sea, with a climate and agriculture unlike the rest of the Kingdom — mangoes, coffee and tropical produce — alongside a long-established fishing industry and a growing industrial base around Jazan Economic City and the port.
What makes this commercially interesting is that the two economies are moving at different speeds and want different things.
The agricultural side is mostly small and medium producers with genuinely distinctive products. Jazan coffee and mangoes have recognition and premium potential well beyond the region, and the constraint is rarely quality — it is that a buyer in Riyadh or Jeddah has no way to find, assess or order from a producer here. The industrial side behaves like Jubail or Yanbu: qualification, certification, capacity, procurement. Businesses positioning to supply the economic city and the port need to be verifiable to outsiders who have no local network, and the ones that are get onto lists early.
The practical trap is a business trying to look like both. A coffee producer with a corporate industrial site, or a contractor with a lifestyle homepage, will underperform. Deciding honestly which economy you sell into should come before any design conversation.

Which language should we lead in?
Arabic for domestic sales, with English where you are selling to industrial buyers or exporting. Both matter; the weighting differs by which economy you are in.
